Meeting APIs for your backend
Create and manage meetings, provision authorized participants, start or end sessions, and control host access from your application's own workflows.
Bring meeting capabilities into the website, portal or software your customers already use. With a reviewed integration, they can start and join sessions in your own interface without visiting the TalkVance workspace.
Custom partner implementation and technical approval required. Preview is illustrative, not a running customer integration.
TalkVance manages secured meeting operations and media authorization. You keep control of your customers, business workflow and frontend experience.
Create and manage meetings, provision authorized participants, start or end sessions, and control host access from your application's own workflows.
Your frontend can connect to authorized media with short-lived participant sessions. You implement the host and participant experience within your own product.
Subscribe to scoped meeting and participant events. Verify signed webhook delivery before updating your own appointments, classes or service records.
Four distinct steps connect your app to TalkVance, without sharing platform secrets with customers' browsers.
Your application authenticates the customer and checks their permission for that appointment, class or session.
An operator-provisioned, server-only credential authorizes meeting creation and participant management. No application secret goes to a browser.
After authorization, the participant receives a short-lived, restricted media session. Your app renders the custom meeting UI and connects its RTC client.
Verified signed webhook events can update your application's meeting status. Recording or intelligence access requires separate entitlements and permissions.
The scenarios below illustrate partner integration patterns, not active customer integrations or prebuilt connectors.
Launch an instructor-led class from your existing LMS or coaching portal, while the course and learner records remain in your own application.
Start an authorized appointment or consultation from its existing booking page, without requiring a separate TalkVance dashboard visit.
Connect support sessions, account reviews or team meetings with the customer workflow and permissions you already manage.
Talk to us about your customer roles, meeting workflows, frontend and rollout requirements before selecting an integration design.
Not for an implemented in-app workflow. Your authorized backend calls TalkVance APIs and your frontend connects to scoped media within your own application. The partner application supplies its own meeting UI, login and business authorization.
No. Hosted TalkVance pages are protected against cross-site framing. Integration uses server-side APIs plus a client-owned media experience, not a pasted iframe.
The JavaScript and React integration packages include server API clients and selected embedded meeting/recording helpers, but a complete turnkey cross-origin meeting-room widget and public self-service package distribution are not yet released. Partner frontend work and acceptance are required.
No. External application credentials, scopes, media readiness, recording entitlements and commercial terms require a separate integration review. Ask the TalkVance team about an approved pilot.
Share your integration use case and we'll review the right API, access and in-app media workflow.
