Yes. Workspace owners can open Plan & billing to compare eligible plans, request an upgrade or downgrade, see pending requests, and cancel a pending change. Existing entitlements remain active until TalkVance reviews and approves the request. There is no automatic checkout.
No. External app integration is a separate partner onboarding process with reviewed API scopes, media permissions and commercial terms. See the Integrations page or contact our team to discuss your workflow.
